The South Dakota Highway Patrol Motor Carriers Services provides services without regard to race, color, gender, national origin (including individuals with limited English proficiency), age, disability and low-income, according to the provisions contained in SDCL 20-13; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Federal Highway Administration Act of 1973; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended; The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended; Executive Order 13166, Limited English Proficiency; and Executive Order 12898, Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations, 1994.
